The successful Buyer will be required to put down $5,000 day of auction and execute a contract for the purchase of the real estate under the terms and conditions specified herein. The earnest money should be in the form of a personal check or cashier’s check. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing to be held on or before July 22, 2013.
