The successful Buyer will be required to put down $5,000 day of auction and execute a contract for the purchase of the real estate under the terms and conditions specified herein. The earnest money should be in the form of a personal check or cashier’s check. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing to be held on or before July 22, 2013. Seller will provide Buyer with an Owner’s Title Insurance Policy in the amount of the purchase price and will provide a Deed conveying the Real Estate to the Buyer.
