Farmland Auction

Real Estate Terms: Bidding will be on a per acre basis multiplied by the number of acres. The successful buyer will deposit $45,000.00 earnest money at conclusion of auction. The earnest money should be in the form of a cashier\'s check payable to Espe Auctioneering. The balance will be due at closing on or before May 9, 2008. Seller shall provide an owner’s policy of title insurance in the amount of the purchase price and shall provide a deed conveying the Real Estate to the buyer. Seller will pay 2007 taxes due in 2008. There is no existing cash rent lease in place for 2008. Possession of the Farmland will be given at closing. A survey will be provided. The 2006 Real Estate taxes paid in 2007 were approximately $960.66. All final bid prices are subject to approval or rejection by Owners.<br>
